Demonstrate ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate.
Strong science background with deep knowledge of oncology. Ability to understand, work with, and provide commercial input to all functions within the project team.
Previous product/indication launch experience required.
Experience with US marketing and pre-approval planning of oncology biologic buy and bill drugs is required.
Effective communication, both written and oral, at all times. Experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations.
Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.
Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.

The Director/Sr Director of Marketing Oncology is a member of Regeneron’s oncology commercial team, with accountability in leading all Medical Marketing activities in support of NSCLC indication for LIBTAYO in the US. This role will report directly into the Executive Director of Marketing for NSCLC. In addition, he/she will provide strategic support on cross-functional direction and global commercialization launch and marketing strategy.
A Typical Day Might Look Like the Following:If you are responsible for liaising with medical and appropriately developing and executing commercial strategy for NSCLC. Represent commercial on all appropriate internal medical teams (medical affairs, clinical development, etc). Develop and execute a comprehensive expert engagement plan to include speakers bureau, content creation, novel peer to peer outreach Lead all commercial activities that involve advisory boards and steering committee, including leading development of cross-functional AABP Contribute to the biomarker strategy and tactical execution. Lead TLL NSCLC strategy & engagement. Contribute to the labeling review team. Analyze customer insights, monitor brand performance and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategy and address customer needs. Lead the development/management of OL mapping and optimization and subsequent relationships with key HCP’s and professional stakeholders. Collaborate with alliance partner in developing the global brand strategy and life cycle management plans. Member of the cross functional team across the alliance that develops the annual US/Global brand plan including brand strategy, tactical plans and budget. Work closely with legal and compliance to ensure actives meet all compliance standards.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have a Bachelor's Degree Required, PhD, PharmD or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years biopharmaceutical experience with at least 10 in Marketing. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with marketing of oncology drugs in US is required.
