What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive revenue growth and enhance client experiences
- Build and expand partnerships with institutions and government agencies across the US and Canada
- Oversee Client Success team to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates among institutional clients
- Guide marketing strategy and execution for digital performance and brand elevation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategy with mission delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in growth-oriented roles, including senior leadership in business development, marketing, and customer-facing strategy
- Proven track record of building and expanding institutional partnerships in education or nonprofit sectors
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance analytics
- Experience managing lean team structures and vendor relationships
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~20% of the time)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing customer service teams
- Expertise in Salesforce
