  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead end-to-end M&A and investment execution, including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and post-merger integration
  - Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate deal economics and support acquisition strategies
  - Engage with executives and the Board to present market insights and secure buy-in for major initiatives
  - Drive post-deal integration and set KPIs to measure success and value realization
  - Cultivate relationships with bankers, VCs, and entrepreneurs to ensure strong deal flow
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 12 years in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity
  - Proven track record of leading end-to-end transactions within technology and innovation ecosystems
  - Experience managing cross-functional teams and executing all aspects of deal-making
  - Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  - Excellent communication skills with experience influencing C-suite and Board level executives
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with marketplaces, AI, or HR/labor tech
  - Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to navigate dynamic environments
