- Create and implement HR initiatives that support achievement of the strategic business objectives and further inclusion and collaboration
- Provide strategic HR mentorship, and coaching to senior leaders
- Lead talent management processes and strategically plan and implement talent movement
- Partner with leaders to design and optimize workforce structures
- Ensure businesses achieve financial goals through effective management of human capital investments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong leadership, influence and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and agility to change course when needed
- Ability to travel as needed
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $210,200.00–$280,200.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
