      Group/Division Summary:

      Join our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division, supporting the Life Sciences Mass Spectrometry and Ion Chromatography and Sample Prep business units, generating over $1.1B in revenue. Be part of an exceptionally ambitious team driving world-class results!

      Position Summary:

      As the Sr. Director, Human Resources, you will be the strategic business partner for two dynamic business units. Your proven leadership will determine and successfully implement HR strategies that support our company's mission and values.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Create and implement HR initiatives that support achievement of the strategic business objectives and further inclusion and collaboration
      • Provide strategic HR mentorship, and coaching to senior leaders
      • Lead talent management processes and strategically plan and implement talent movement
      • Partner with leaders to design and optimize workforce structures
      • Ensure businesses achieve financial goals through effective management of human capital investments

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
      • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
      • Strong leadership, influence and communication skills
      • Proven ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and agility to change course when needed

      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to travel as needed
      • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds

      Compensation and Benefits

      The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $210,200.00–$280,200.00.

      This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
