What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the SEO strategy for assigned clients, focusing on category, subcategory, and product detail pages
- Perform advanced audits to identify and optimize technical and content opportunities
- Conduct client calls as the primary SEO voice, providing education, recommendations, and strategic defense
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, and Development teams to implement multi-channel strategies
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and client KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in ecommerce SEO with sites having hundreds to tens of thousands of SKUs
- Strong client-facing experience in an agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including data manipulation techniques
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with reporting tools like Looker Studio or Supermetrics
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini Surfer
- Knowledge of common CMS software, particularly WordPress with WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
- Experience using Google Tag Manager for event tracking setups in GA4
- Ability to create and manage custom reports and dashboards in GA4
