- Collaborate across business functions to develop, establish, and execute the company’s enterprise account management strategy.
- Own a book of business totaling over $5 million in revenue with a focus in volleyball, football and facilities.
- Provide consultative feedback and advice to help create the best possible experience for our customers and their entire organization
- Lead volleyball, football and facilities strategy; collaborating, mentoring and training other colleagues.
- Liaise with the product development, professional services, safety, and marketing teams to ideate and create strategic account management assets
- Responsible for onboarding and managing new client agreements or expanded services and scope of work.
- Facilitate extensive partnership reviews, and build adoption and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure your clients are fully supported throughout every stage of the customer cycle, driving value through fully utilized products.
- Establish lasting relationships with senior executives, decision makers and key contacts.
- Take a leadership role in renewal and expansion process, ensuring growth across multiple lines of business.
- Uncovering business initiatives and pain points with the ability to map solutions.
- Any additional assigned duties.
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, and a track record as a leader, collaborator, and innovator.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering value and superior customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the sport landscape inclusive of trends unique to the USOPC and NGB’s, SafeSport and Risk Management, tier one sport revenue verticals.
- Experience in developing account review plans and presentations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
- Willingness to travel to engage prospects and partners.
- Deep product knowledge and technical aptitude.
- Naturally curious, positive, and enthusiastic.
- Empathetic, solutions oriented and a true passion to service customers.
- A self-starter and problem solver, a team player.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a matrixed organization and collaborating across key cross-functional roles that can include Strategic Planning, Business Development, Content, Project, and Product Management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, or similar CRM experience, is a plus.

NBC Sports Next includes two groups. This role is part of our Youth & Recreational Sports group.
Youth & Recreational Sports is comprised of technology platforms, such as SportsEngine, GoMotion, TourneyMachine, and TeamUnify that enable athletes, parents, coaches and team administrators in the youth and recreational space to manage their organizations, collect payments, share schedules, find programs to participate in and connect with other families. Additionally, NCSI enables leagues and organizations to properly screen and train coaches in an effort to keep kids safe.

NBC Sports Next is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, who will be a key driver and resource in developing, managing, and executing its enterprise account management strategy. This professional will work cross-functionally with the sales, product development, professional services, safety, and marketing teams to manage, upsell, secure renewals, and create a high-level customer experience across their portfolio of enterprise accounts. This person will have an eye on revenue and driving best-in-class account management practices across their owned accounts to create value for our partners.
