What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and monitor midsize to large-scale projects across multiple functional departments
- Design, implement, and optimize Epic clinical applications to enhance user experience
- Conduct workflow assessments and analyze internal systems to define functional requirements
- Collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams to achieve application integration
- Provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting during all phases of application implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with seven (7) years of Epic application experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Epic application experience with current Epic certifications
- Proficiency in using system tools and Microsoft Office products to meet user needs
- Demonstrated experience in project management and leading meetings with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a hospital or other healthcare organization
- Current certification in Epic Cadence
