      We’re looking for a Sr. Facilities Manager to join our team!

      Job Title: Sr. Facilities Manager
      Location: Austin, TX, 3.5 million sq ft multi-building portfolio managed by JLL

      Reports to: Director of Facilities Management

      Type of Employment: Full-time w/JLL employee benefits within 1 month of employment
      Schedule: On-site M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, local quarterly travel required

      Estimated compensation for this position is: $91,630-$132,100 USD per year

      The range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

      What this job involves:

      The role of the Sr. Facilities Manager is to ensure the proper operation of all aspects of assigned facilities and campus. The Sr. Facility Manager must establish, operate, and maintain a comprehensive Facility Management program which allows an organization to manage and oversee the Operations and Maintenance of the Building, Building Systems, and Equipment.

      What your day-to-day will look like:

      • Measure and manage client feedback, both written and verbal throughout the year

      • Conduct formal and informal relationship meetings with client contacts

      • Develop a strong and mutually beneficial working relationship as provider of choice to the client

      • Oversee the delivery of TFM maintenance and repair services in coordination with Engineering

      • Improve safety performance by changing level of awareness and changing behaviors

      • Develop, track, and implement energy conservation initiatives and document savings

      • Collaborate with account Sourcing team on opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage supplier performance at property level

      • Assist in the development and management of annual operating budgets and monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis

      • Perform quarterly seat audits in support of Occupancy Planning

      • Manage work order processing and vendor invoicing

      • Life Cycle Asset Maintenance – Ensure all critical equipment vendor PM’s are completed as per schedules

      • Support meeting client compliance for critical data center systems and management, and other critical assets

      • Ensure compliance by completing all related training, Action Items/Audit Responses, and ensuring that all associated PMs are completed on time

      • Ensure all safety, environmental, and standards are strictly adhered to within managed facilities and/or campus

      • Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operation of facilities

      • Responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning, evaluations, and bonus calculations. Execute succession and growth plans

      • Involved in compensation planning process

      • Manage the implementation of actionable and measure career development plans

      Required Skills and Experience:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent

      • Military service or college education in facilities, property, business or related is desirable

      • 4+ years of Sr Facilities Manager experience in the commercial property or facilities management industry

      • Dedicated people manager experience with at least 5 direct reports/subordinates is desirable

      • Experience with portfolios exceeding 2 million sq ft is desirable

      • Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or work order management, vendor management, material management, and reporting software

      • Advanced leadership and relationship building skills

      • Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability

      • Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills

      • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

      • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
