Measure and manage client feedback, both written and verbal throughout the year
Conduct formal and informal relationship meetings with client contacts
Develop a strong and mutually beneficial working relationship as provider of choice to the client
Oversee the delivery of TFM maintenance and repair services in coordination with Engineering
Improve safety performance by changing level of awareness and changing behaviors
Develop, track, and implement energy conservation initiatives and document savings
Collaborate with account Sourcing team on opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage supplier performance at property level
Assist in the development and management of annual operating budgets and monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis
Perform quarterly seat audits in support of Occupancy Planning
Manage work order processing and vendor invoicing
Life Cycle Asset Maintenance – Ensure all critical equipment vendor PM’s are completed as per schedules
Support meeting client compliance for critical data center systems and management, and other critical assets
Ensure compliance by completing all related training, Action Items/Audit Responses, and ensuring that all associated PMs are completed on time
Ensure all safety, environmental, and standards are strictly adhered to within managed facilities and/or campus
Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operation of facilities
Responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning, evaluations, and bonus calculations. Execute succession and growth plans
Involved in compensation planning process
Manage the implementation of actionable and measure career development plans
High School Diploma or equivalent
Military service or college education in facilities, property, business or related is desirable
4+ years of Sr Facilities Manager experience in the commercial property or facilities management industry
Dedicated people manager experience with at least 5 direct reports/subordinates is desirable
Experience with portfolios exceeding 2 million sq ft is desirable
Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or work order management, vendor management, material management, and reporting software
Advanced leadership and relationship building skills
Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices

Type of Employment: Full-time w/JLL employee benefits within 1 month of employment

Estimated compensation for this position is: $91,630-$132,100 USD per year
The range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

The role of the Sr. Facilities Manager is to ensure the proper operation of all aspects of assigned facilities and campus. The Sr. Facility Manager must establish, operate, and maintain a comprehensive Facility Management program which allows an organization to manage and oversee the Operations and Maintenance of the Building, Building Systems, and Equipment.
