      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain financial budget and forecasting models for assigned business units
      - Analyze and interpret financial information, including Income Statement and Balance Sheet
      - Provide advisory support on strategic initiatives for assigned business units
      - Collaborate on process improvements within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
      - Lead complex financial analysis projects and mentor Financial Analyst team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related area
      - 4+ years of work experience in a similar financial or analytical role at a senior level
      - Strong ability to analyze financial results and manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with stock compensation
      - Ability to effectively communicate financial narratives using data visualization tools
