      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and provide guidance on accounting treatments for various asset types, including traditional investments and derivatives
      - Advise leadership on accounting implications of new investments and emerging guidance
      - Deliver transaction advisory support on the implementation of new accounting standards
      - Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and stakeholders by translating complex accounting concepts into actionable recommendations
      - Prepare, review, and present technical memos and documentation related to accounting treatments and transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
      - 5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or financial services with exposure to investment accounting
      - Strong technical accounting background, including advanced knowledge of US GAAP and experience with technical accounting policy
      - Proven ability to manage projects, including implementing new accounting standards
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business units

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
      - Experience with VIE consolidation and preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures
      - Familiarity with internal controls over financial reporting and related documentation
