      SUMMARY

      A successful candidate will provide comprehensive Human Resources support to business units in all areas of HR including employee relations, recruiting and on-boarding, benefit administration and coordination of new hires for the Miami location.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
      • Lead new hire orientation
      • Recruiter for salaried positions
      • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
      • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
      • Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes
      • Ensure consistent execution of performance management and disciplinary actions
      • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
      • Aiding communication between management and employees and resolving issues
      • Lead employee round table discussions

      QUALIFICATIONS

      Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

      · High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

      · Extremely strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

      · Excellent judgment in a range of situations, maturity and trustworthiness

      · Strong employee relations experience

      · Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

      · Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

      EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

      Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four year college or university; five or more years of related experience and/or training.

      PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certification required.
