      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage the annual global operational calendar, aligning stakeholders to ensure operational excellence
      - Identify and manage datasets that evaluate the effectiveness of DEI&B programs and summarize insights for decision-making
      - Assess and refine global processes to improve efficiency and consistency across regions
      - Develop communication strategies to support alignment and transparency within the organization
      - Manage relationships with external DEI&B vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment with DEI&B values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, HR operations, or a related field
      - Proven ability to take a concept through full execution, including scoping, planning, and delivery
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience presenting insights to executives
      - Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
      - Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent) is required

      - Experience supporting or scaling global operating models across regions
      - Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear communication for various audiences
      - Experience identifying datasets and establishing success metrics to guide decisions
      - Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong partnerships
      - Understanding of DEI&B concepts or a commitment to learning in this area
