What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee vendor and contract management for the HR department, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers and contracts to achieve specific procurement goals within HR
- Conduct research and analyze key themes and trends to contribute to reporting strategies
- Manage HR Accounts Payable and Chargeback processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation
- Maintain deep knowledge of organizational policies and regulatory requirements for compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- 13 months to 3 years of general experience in procurement or contract management
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
- Advanced verbal communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end procurement and accounts payable processes independently

- Strong analytical skills to determine and analyze trends from collected data
