      A Day in the Life

      Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

      • Designs, implements, and executes human resources strategies for the Humacao manufacturing site(s) and functional groups.
      • Lead organizational transformation initiatives and partner with the site leadership team to elevate the performance culture . Advise leaders in the design and implementation of new organization structures to enable improved organizational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
      • Identify and plan for future talent needs. Strengthen and support strategic workforce planning, succession planning and talent readiness .
      • Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison in key projects.
      • Partners with businesses to develop and/or administer human resources initiatives covering several of the following areas: organizational design, development and change, leadership development, talent management, workplace laws and regulations, workforce planning, communications, employee relations and policies/legal requirements.
      Must Have: Minimum Requirements

      • Bachelors degree required
      • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

      • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
      • Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills
      • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or electronic industry
