What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide immediate, flexible project support, including light project management duties such as tracking and coordination
- Develop high-quality deliverables, including executive presentation decks and business process diagrams
- Utilize existing HR data to interpret trends and inform project recommendations
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and document functional requirements
- Assist in the seamless integration and utilization of new AI platforms within the PMO
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in Business Systems Analysis (BSA) or a versatile project support role, ideally 3-5+ years
- Proficiency in presentation and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Google Suite) and familiarity with automation platforms
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on consultative partnership
- Strong ability to interpret data and present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences
- High tolerance for ambiguity with exceptional versatility and resilience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced, large-scale HR or Corporate PMO environment
- Familiarity with AI technologies and a mindset oriented towards operational automation
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven approach
