      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools

      - Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
      - Experience with talent management and leadership development
      - Familiarity with various HR technologies and software
