What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop comprehensive training plans and materials that align with the organization's goals and needs
- Design and implement leadership development and compliance training programs
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular reports to senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR training and development with a proven track record
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- Experience with talent management and leadership development
- Familiarity with various HR technologies and software
- Advanced certifications in training and development or HR-related fields
