What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures and documentation for HRIS projects
- Monitor, maintain, and ensure the integrity of HR data within Ceridian Dayforce/Payworks
- Provide system expertise and support regarding employee data changes, payroll, and benefits
- Participate in ongoing HRIS project teams and support continuous improvement efforts
- Deliver routine reporting and respond to ad hoc data requests related to HR operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in a related discipline required; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree
- Minimum of 5 years of professional HRIS experience, preferably in large multi-site organizations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Access
- Experience with Payworks and Ceridian/Dayforce for HRIS and Payroll preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle confidential information discreetly

- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
