What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and maintain HRIS systems to optimize employee information management
- Generate and maintain HR reporting metrics, including turnover, headcount, and recruiting data
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and compliance of HR data
- Serve as the primary liaison for UltiPro HRIS, ensuring effective use and optimization of the system
- Assist HR administration with new hire processes, benefits enrollment, and performance management systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience administering various HRIS and HR programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Extensive experience in HR systems reporting and project management
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UltiPro HRIS or similar HR management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow-through
- Familiarity with compliance regulations such as SOX, FMLA, and HIPAA
