What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure, test, and launch solutions for evolving business requirements
- Utilize time and absence functionality to learn about Workday's capabilities
- Play a key role in the rollout of Workday Scheduling for manufacturing and distribution businesses
- Contribute to global HRIS efforts and make a tangible impact on worldwide expansion
- Design solutions, resolve system issues, and ensure data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in HCM, system integrations, and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of time tracking and absence configuration, and integration with payroll
- Previous experience working as part of an HRIS team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create and manage test scenarios
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record working with Workday HCM and a leading Time and Absence system
- Experience in implementing and supporting Workday solutions globally
- Project coordination and collaboration skills with different teams and internal customers
