What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and analyze reports for various safety programs to ensure legal compliance
- Conduct research and participate in data requests, analyzing results and recommending changes
- Apply technical knowledge to solve safety-related problems
- Investigate safety incidents, analyzing causes, and developing preventative procedures
- Provide safety training and services for assigned internal customer groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of onsite safety experience in transmission line and/or substation projects
- OSHA Certification
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Experience working with limited supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
