Job Description

- Responsible for developing HR reports, metrics, and/or data to meet or exceed business needs
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to focus on developing and maintaining substantial analytics to help drive business decisions
- Serve as system administrator for HR data and reporting
- Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams across HR, Finance, and IT on implementation of solutions
- Create resources, dashboards, and training for HR and Recruiting teams
- Assist with annual compensation programs, including salary, wage and merit administration, equity administration, benchmarking reviews and incentive accruals in partnership with finance
- Conduct and administer fiscal activities which includes budget planning, capital requests, and financial and operational reporting for the Human Resources department
- Responsible for leading projects to ensure data quality and data governance across the HR eco-system while driving to root cause analysis and long-term solutions
- Develop comprehensive reports and analyze data from the HR systems for management reporting and HR support; provide recommendations on what information can be included based on knowledge of available information and reporting capabilities
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or relevant field required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare setting or directly related experience required.
- 5+ years of experience with HR data and analytics with Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Success Factors, Kronos, ServiceNow, and/or ADP, preferably in a global, multi-tenant environment
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and improving HR data and analytics processes and tools
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel Self-starter, creative, highly motivated.
- Substantial experience in system and process supporting Human Resources in core HRM/HR Administration, payroll, time keeping, learning management, benefits, and talent acquisition within a large, complex enterprise, ideally across a range of geographies and segments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are required for the timely resolution of complex customer issues
- Strong leader, team builder, and well-honed influencing skills; confident and articulate.
- Knowledge of organizational budgeting processes.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
- Requires demonstrated competence in project management with strong communications, design
- Demonstrates ability to organize, prioritize and analyze multiple projects.
Position Summary:
The Sr. Human Resources Analyst will work closely with all HR Directors and the CHRO as a key member of the Human Resources team. The Sr. Human Resources Analyst is responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis for the Human Resources Department. This role is also responsible for White Plains Hospital’s development, implementation, and management of compensation and HR analytics program strategy and execution that support White Plains Hospital’s business objectives and people strategy. This role will collaborate with all department leadership to ensure successful implementation of priority initiatives that support quality, financial, HR and business operations. Specifically, collect and transform large quantities of information into meaningful business initiatives by critically evaluating information from various sources, distinguishing user needs from actual business needs, and partnering with stakeholders and project managers.
