What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop scalable deployment plans for current technology solutions
- Prioritize and execute large-scale implementation activities at corporate, division, and facility levels
- Act as a mentor to new team members and communicate project status among the team
- Deliver project deliverables with minimal guidance while managing project meetings
- Innovate new tools and processes to optimize implementation methods
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in related clinical and/or implementation roles
- Must reside within Gulf Coast Division (Houston/South Texas geographical area)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare technology implementations
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
