  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Review specifications and control schematics to prepare pricing estimates
  - Solicit and follow up on pricing from subcontractors and equipment suppliers
  - Create detailed scope letters and proposals for customer solutions
  - Provide clear documentation and accurate estimates for proposals
  - Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure optimal pricing and solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Building Automation, HVAC, and/or Controls
  - Strong written and oral communication skills
  - Ability to analyze and solve moderate to challenging financial issues
  - Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field
  - 3+ years of experience in Sales, Building Automation, HVAC, and/or Controls
  - Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM and estimating software
  - Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and coworkers
  - Experience in value engineering control designs with alternative solutions
