      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell laboratory diagnostic equipment to new and existing customers within your assigned territory
      - Collaborate with Fisher Account Managers and manufacturer representatives to identify and close sales opportunities
      - Meet annual sales targets for diagnostic capital instrumentation and reagents
      - Maintain an accurate pipeline of instruments to meet revenue commitments
      - Develop and implement territory plans with account managers and manufacturer representatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or Science
      - Minimum of five years of capital equipment sales experience
      - Experience in clinical laboratory or distribution is a plus
      - Proven track record of sales achievement and effective territory management
      - Ability to travel 50%-60% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience mentoring and leading a sales team
      - Familiarity with laboratory diagnostic solutions and their value proposition
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
