What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of software applications
- Collaborate with end-users, technical teams, and cross-functional departments for software evaluations
- Troubleshoot application issues and manage service requests
- Lead smaller-scale projects or components of larger initiatives
- Assess and improve business/clinical workflows through application solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant IT application support experience, or 7+ years without a degree
- Experience in supporting and optimizing enterprise applications (clinical or business)
- Strong skills in evaluating software upgrades, patches, and new solutions
- Proven ability to lead small projects or workstreams independently
- Demonstrated capability to assess and improve workflows through application solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with application builds, upgrades, and workflow enhancements
- Familiarity with system testing and application rollout processes
- Knowledge of business and clinical needs assessment
