What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support software programs or modules across multiple clinical and business functions
- Act as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas during project planning and execution
- Validate requirement information with stakeholders to ensure completeness and clarity
- Create test plans and evaluate current plans for improvements
- Provide guidance and training for new employees and less experienced business analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience
- Vendor application certification may be required
- In-depth knowledge of existing systems and certification in the vended application
- Ability to work independently across multiple departments and divisions
- Strong analytical skills to research and validate requests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing small- to mid-sized operational projects independently
- Familiarity with current and emerging technologies that affect enterprise processes
- Proven ability to build credibility and rapport with customers
