What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple initiatives or complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders and project delivery teams to define and refine business and system requirements
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Lead requirements workshops and cross-functional discussions to gather, validate, and document project needs
- Perform gap analyses and impact assessments to evaluate current versus desired states
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other Business Systems Analysts while continually seeking to improve processes and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5-8 years of business systems analysis experience or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with relevant tools such as ADO, ERP, CRM, and SQL
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of presenting complex topics to senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives in a complex environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or similar certification
- Scrum Master Certification
