What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain a knowledge base in SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and relevance of content
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify content gaps and improve documentation processes
- Create and implement workflows for managing documentation and establish standard templates
- Serve as a bilingual subject matter expert for contact center content development
- Draft reports with recommendations on knowledge content, quality, and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Strong judgment and initiative in developing solutions to complex problems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience in developing website content
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or professional designation
- Experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint
- Proven ability to conduct knowledge needs analysis
- Experience drafting training materials
