      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the renewal of state and federal licenses for ambulatory surgery centers, including DEA registrations and various clinical permits
      - Oversee Medicare and Medicaid enrollment processes for surgery centers
      - Communicate regularly with state licensing agencies and federal regulatory bodies
      - Ensure timely processing of license renewals and reportable changes
      - Conduct research and assist in developing departmental policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with at least five (5) years of relevant experience
      - Experience in healthcare is required; legal experience is preferred
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
      - Ability to read and understand legal documents and state regulations
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification
      - Experience in drafting and completing Medicare 855B and Medicaid applications
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
      - Research skills to support departmental needs
