      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute brand, category, and customer growth strategies across Amazon, DTC, and all Pure Play E-Commerce accounts
      - Own topline sales performance and profitability across managed accounts, including P&L management and forecasting
      - Utilize data to develop and maintain reporting that identifies trends, risks, and opportunities
      - Oversee merchandising, pricing, promotional execution, and operational performance across Amazon One P, DTC, and Pure Play platforms
      - Manage daily business operations in partnership with customers and internal teams, including inventory management and promotional events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required
      - 5-7 years of directly relevant digital commerce experience with ownership of Amazon sales and operations
      - Demonstrated ownership of commercial performance, including P&L management and forecasting
      - Strong relationship management skills with experience partnering cross-functionally and externally
      - Strong analytical and financial acumen with advanced Excel proficiency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience managing Amazon 1P experience
      - Proven ability to analyze trends and performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
      - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
