      Description:

      Sr Manager Controller is a high-level executive who will oversee all financial responsibilities for the finance unit and the functions of the financial department. This role will report to the VP of Finance while partnering with the site General Manager and lead a team of direct reports. you will promote the mission, vision, and values that AAR has developed to maintain a strong relationship with our employers, customers, and shareholders. Successful implementation of any business plan objectives and protect the company from financial risks. Provide clear direction to the group to ensure that goals and objectives are met in the most efficient and effective way possible. Ensure employees have the skills needed to perform their jobs for the group to achieve the goals and objective desired. Develop employees in your group for them to improve their ability to meet changes in their job requirements and in employee and customer demands. Interface with other Senior Leaders as required during the applicable decision-making process. Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

      Qualifications:

      To be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in finance or related field. Eight years industry related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA or CMA are required.
