- Strategy & Roadmap – Accountable for strategy and capability roadmap (translating capabilities into solutions) for area of responsibility. See opportunities and assess current state.
- Solutions Approach – During project definition/initiation, accountable for defining high-level, shared vision/approach. Thoughtfully coordinate the deployment of technology solutions to ensure an exceptional end-user experience.

Facilitates the discussion of conflicting issues between individuals and across groups. Expresses ideas clearly in documents and written communications. Plans communication that is clear in purpose, and key messages while considering audience needs.
- Business Partnership – Advocates and aligns business objectives with technology strategies to deliver solutions enabling strategic business initiatives and delivering operational efficiencies.
- Product/Service Management – Responsible for management of application configuration and services enabling required business capabilities. Develops and maintains personal and team expertise for respective technology solutions, business functions, and processes. Acts as focal point for the solutions and provides platform point of view for cross-cutting work, issues and decisions.
- Technology Leadership – Coordinates effective platform management across peer technology functions - solution architecture, application development/engineering, quality assurance. Understands and coordinates potential dependencies across solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance activities.
- Continuous Improvement – Advocates and champions continuous improvement within the delivery processes for the Device Financing team focused on how the team can more efficiently deliver new solutions
- Vendor Relationships – Builds strong vendor relationships to influence product roadmaps while leading contractual arrangements and service-level agreement compliance.
- Performance Management – Accountable for the productivity, work quality, teamwork, and positive, engaging behavior of team members. Provides individual team members with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities supporting career development and formation of effective teams. Ability to manage teams comprised of functional, technical, and/or analytical professionals at a variety of levels.
- Talent Planning – Plans future talent requirements to support technology strategy and delivery roadmaps. Identifies required skills and determines approach to address gaps via partner development and/or incremental talent acquisition.
- Resource Planning – Fully understands and plans for required resources across solution support and delivery efforts. Ensures required resource capacity and skill coverage through internal and timely external staff augmentation as appropriate.
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or in a computer programming related field, or related experience
- 3 - confirmed experience developing teams of 5 or more resources in direct reporting relationship in Product Management organization.
- 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
- Experienced in Agile methodology and Java development
- Demonstrated experience in growing talent at all levels
- Demonstrated experience working with a variety of business partners
- Experience with Vendor Management
- Telecommunications Industry experience
- Leading financing technology development for loans or leasing

As a Senior Manager at T-Mobile, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Device Financing capability by owning the deployment, support, and continuous improvement of innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will handle and develop multiple teams of developers, fostering an environment that promotes rapid delivery of world-class software solutions to both internal and external business customers.
Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strategic relationships across IT and business teams as well as strategic vendors, bringing to bear your strong understanding of consumer financing to drive impactful results. Working collaboratively, you will help craft both short-term and long-term technical strategies, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and organizational goals while advancing T-Mobile's ability to meet evolving customer needs.

This job will specifically focus on device financing (EIP - Equipment Installment Plan) solutions and work cross functionally to build a strategic roadmap to deliver outstanding solutions for the IT organization within T Mobile. This leader must align with and demonstrate the T-Mobile values in action.

Base Pay Range: $152,300 - $274,800 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
