      Key Responsibilities:

      Product Leadership & Strategy
      • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce platform
      • Translate business goals into product requirements and lead backlog prioritization using agile frameworks.
      • Identify opportunities to enhance business processes via Salesforce automation, integrations, and AI features.

      Stakeholder Management
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and IT to define product needs and pain points.
      • Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for end-user experience and adoption.

      Project Delivery & Agile Execution
      • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases with cross-functional agile teams.
      • Partner with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
      • Ensure deliverables meet business and technical expectations, timelines, and compliance standards.

      System Governance & Compliance
      • Champion governance best practices within Salesforce including user roles, data integrity, privacy (e.g., HIPAA/PHI if healthcare), and platform security.
      • Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to ensure system adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.

      Analytics & Optimization
      • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product effectiveness and ROI.
      • Conduct regular user feedback sessions and data analysis to inform future enhancements.

      Leadership & People Development
      • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, business analysts, or Salesforce-focused professionals.
      • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

      Qualifications:

      Required:
      • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
      • 10 years of digital product management or enterprise platform management experience.
      • 3+ years managing Salesforce-based products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant clouds).
      • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, Jira, and product lifecycle management.
      • Experience working with cross-functional agile development teams and external vendors.
      • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and product roadmaps.

      Preferred:
      • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.).
      • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, financial services).
      • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs) and AppExchange solutions.
      • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
