What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives responsible for outbound pipeline generation
- Create and maintain a structured coaching cadence, including weekly 1:1s and live call reviews
- Collaborate with RevEnablement to deliver training on account-based marketing strategies and public-sector messaging
- Own and analyze SDR performance metrics such as qualified meetings and opportunity conversion rates
- Partner with Marketing to design account-based campaigns targeting public-sector funding cycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales Development Representative experience, with at least 2 years leading an enterprise SDR team
- Proven track record of managing outbound pipelines for enterprise deals worth $100K or more
- Strong understanding of public sector buying cycles and RFP processes
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience with CRM tools and KPI analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with GovTech multiproduct portfolios, such as public records and digital services
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Willingness to travel occasionally for enterprise account planning
