Job Description

- Lead day-to-day operations of warehouse fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Execute and enforce operational strategies, policies, and performance standards across all fulfillment activities.
- Drive process improvements in picking, packing, inventory management, and shipping workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Establish and maintain performance monitoring systems to track KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.
- Partner with IT and operations teams to implement and optimize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and automation solutions.
- Lead and support key fulfillment projects and initiatives, such as automation upgrades, capacity planning, and new fulfillment programs.
- Manage labor planning and staffing strategies to support seasonal peaks and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to fulfillment supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse fulfillment operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in fulfillment center operations, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Proven track record of leading high-volume warehouse fulfillment in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- Solid understanding of WMS, inventory control, labor management, and warehouse automation technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with data analytics a plus.
