      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the full P&L for Amazon, including sell-in and sell-through, profitability, demand planning, and retail operational metrics
      - Develop and execute Amazon-specific long-range strategies to drive sustainable growth and brand awareness
      - Build and deepen relationships with Amazon Retail leadership and manage annual vendor negotiations
      - Analyze category dynamics, competitive movements, shopper behavior, and retail trends to identify risks and opportunities
      - Deliver regular business performance updates to senior leadership and create actionable insights to guide strategic decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience managing Amazon (1P/Vendor Central) business in consumer electronics, wearables, or premium consumer goods
      - Demonstrated success owning a multi-million-dollar Amazon business with strong P&L management
      - Deep understanding of Amazon Retail levers, including vendor negotiations and profitability management
      - Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic account management skills
      - Strong analytical skills with mastery of Excel/Sheets and comfort with large data sets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing major retail tentpoles (Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, etc.)
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high level of autonomy
      - A hands-on, proactive approach coupled with strong strategic thinking
      - Ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
      - Comfort working across time zones and with distributed teams
