      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the RFP team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
      - Develop a strategic roadmap for RFP functions, aligning submissions with business strategy and revenue goals
      - Manage the end-to-end RFP lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
      - Establish and maintain an RFP content repository for consistent and compelling information
      - Act as the primary liaison for cooperative purchasing partners to maximize strategic relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management, preferably in K-12 education
      - Proven management experience with a track record of leading teams of 3+ people
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with persuasive and technical writing abilities
      - Strong attention to detail ensuring zero errors in proposal submissions
      - Experience with RFP management software and procurement data platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with RFP management software (e.g., Loopio)
      - Experience utilizing procurement data platforms like GovSpend and Burbio
      - Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
      - Relationship-oriented with a proven ability to build trust across various organizational levels
