8+ years of corp. learning & development or go-to-market experience w/ a background in retail media, digital marketing, advertising, martech or adtech preferred
Developed learning experiences/resources for external clients- designed learning hubs, certification programs, new product education materials, etc.
Earned a four-year bachelor degree or higher preferably specialized in Education, Marketing, or Psychology, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated ability to distill complex information into simplified, digestible content supporting business goals
Expert at applying adult learning theory/research (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, etc.) to the practical business needs of an org.
Advocated for your learners and built strong relationships with subject matter experts
Strong negotiator who influenced key stakeholders in a complex organization and ability to work through ambiguity to push work forward
Rich history of leading various digital advertising, marketing, martech/adtech, or data sciences curriculum, course, lesson, and content development projects
Drive strategic learning initiatives to upskill our front of house team members
Innovate and elevate Roundel Learning’s proficiency (certification) programs
Drive external client education experiences/certifications
Champion & Integrate Roundel’s 5A Selling Framework into your learning design to reinforce our consultative selling approach
Drive sales manager development programming
Champion identifying metrics/insights that show the quantifiable impact of your learning initiatives have on business results
The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Roundel Learning is responsible for creating an engaging culture of growth for our advertising clients and retail media team members around the world. We equip Target’s fastest growing business segment, Roundel, to surpass our goals by investing in the development and growth of every team member through intentionally designed, hands-on, accessible, relevant learning experiences and rich career development programming.
As a Sr. Manager, Learning you will drive best-in-class learning plans for our global Roundel advertising business. You are a seasoned and dynamic learning or go-to-market professional with in-depth project management experience, excellent communication practices, and strong relationship building/influence skills. You will develop train the trainer curriculum to equip our SME’s to successfully equip the broader team & our external advertising clients. You will partner with the Roundel Instructional Designers to develop engaging learning curriculum, certifications, course content, and compelling learning activities that maximize speed to competency and tie to Roundel’s business objectives
You will develop learning solutions for the most complex learning needs facing the broader org and our external clients. You own taking new digital marketing concepts, trends, products, process, and technology and making them easy for the team to understand and represent in market. Given the dynamic nature of the Roundel business, a curious spirit is required as new products and solutions are constantly evolving. The Sr. Manager, Learning will partner with digital marketing experts, go-to-market, product, sales, and media teams to create an organized intuitive learning curriculum for complex topics that equips internal team members to deliver excellent client service and drive advertising revenue! Your external education initiatives will help our clients easily understand our product portfolio and invest in our marketing solutions.
