- Define input, consult, and support SCM Development Management in the development and planning of the DTC Supply Chain Strategy for LAM.
- Ensure SCM DTC LAM targets achievements on main KPIs for eCom: OTIF, 3DD (3-day delivery), NDD (next-day delivery), returns.
- Ensure SCM DTC LAM targets achievements on main KPIs for retail: OTIF.
- Lead regional projects specifically around cross-functional SCM DTC improvements that have a big impact on our consumer experience.
- Collaborate with eCom Operations to achieve the Digital vision for LAM market.
- Collaborate with Global to implement Global initiatives, share benchmarks with other regions and bring benchmark solutions to LAM.
- Ensure enablement of delivery options to our eCom consumer by partnering with Global and Tech.
- Identify and manage a wide corporate network of senior stakeholders across the group to secure the alignment and implementation of the LAM DTC roadmap.
- Partner up with Internal & external key stakeholders to identify, lead and execute continuous DTC improvement projects supporting local teams (eg. eCom Delivery windows, self-service return portal, etc.)
- Provide functional expertise to assess potential opportunities and operational impact.
- Ensure project planning, milestone tracking and status updates to SCM FLM.
- Monitor performance of Supply Chain DTC KPIs against targets - identify deviations and propose necessary actions in the local operations.
- Use appropriate and effective communication methods to Senior Management throughout the different initiatives and projects.

- Proven experience and ability to interact and navigate with different levels of seniority in various markets and functions.
- Strong strategic mindset, planning, and ability to prioritize different SCM DTC projects and tasks.
- Strong experience in eCom Operations, managing end-to-end operational processes across the business.
- Broad and deep knowledge of Omnichannel, fulfillment in eCom / Retail Operations.
- Experience in promoting and applying continuous improvement (problem solving, process improvement) tools and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Change management experience.
- Ability to think tactically and strategically.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive change within varied cultures and viewpoints.
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills with the ability to support assumptions of final analysis, share ideas, and influence stakeholders.
- Curious, energetic personality, eager to think out of the box and explore off-beaten tracks, with a passion for innovation.
- Self-initiated and proactive mindset.
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- University degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work in Digital Operations.
- Supply Chain Management experience/knowledge.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Senior Manager LAM SCM DTC Excellence will be accountable for identifying and contributing to the business process improvements through developing and implementing strategic projects for DTC Channels (eCom and Retail) within SCM and LAM market.
The role will lead multiple initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and efficiency for DTC (e-com & Retail) Supply Chain Operations. This includes the identification of acceleration potentials, creating the link to best practices amongst the countries and with other regions worldwide, and creating partnerships with the channel leads to ensure a common objective towards consumers.
