What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the engineering recruiting team and collaborate with Tech Leadership to implement effective recruiting strategies
- Support leadership initiatives and cultivate a culture that reflects core values
- Streamline and enhance recruiting processes through operational discipline
- Model inclusive recruiting practices and drive strategy for hiring demand and talent programs
- Research and analyze data to inform multi-year hiring strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience in tech recruiting
- Strong background in tech recruiting with a proven track record of securing top talent
- Degree or equivalent experience in organizational psychology, talent management, or related fields
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional mentoring and influence skills to foster a growth-oriented culture
