- We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Portland, OR.

- Ongoing tracking of project progress, monitoring of quality inputs & outputs, and managing issues/risks
- Lead or co-lead all project meetings and senior management team steering board meetings
- Act as key point of contact with all stakeholders
- Drive coordination for external wholesale meetings with accounts from content deliverables, cadence of meetings and action planning
- Ensure full understanding of project scope to be able to design detailed project plans.
- Manage/coordinate all interdependencies of deliverables across all functions
- Monitor and highlight any project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project plan and make suggestions to implement corrective or preventative actions.
- If required support any changes for the respective project and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
- Finalize all activities across the projects/programs to formally close and hand over the project, ensuring project documents are approved, completed, maintained, and stored appropriately.
- Ongoing tracking of project progress, monitoring of quality inputs & outputs, and managing issues/risks to the Wholesale Strategy
- Liaising across Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Global Functions, etc. to map out and track progress towards business ambitions for the channel
- Support on content creation and coordination for workback calendars to ensure the Wholesale team is prepared and ready for Account facing strategic milestones
- Familiarity with Market Share and ability to use Market Share data to find business opportunities and mitigate business risks
- Control the allocated project costs on time in budget.
- Ensure compliance of brand identity
- Manage progress through tracking and reporting to senior management
- Work with correct teams across Finance, Sales Planning, etc. to make sure content is updated for Senior Leadership or Account facing meetings
- Use appropriate and effective communication methods to update Accounts, Senior and Executive Management throughout the project life cycle, to successfully deliver and executive the project.
- Ability to reach out to cross functional partners to influence teams to achieve a common goal and meet requirements for milestones by defined deadlines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
- Business mindset: Very good numerical and analytical skills
- Good experience to manage projects and stakeholders, ideally both at local and global level
- Good communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills (small and large groups) especially when interacting with different levels of business
- Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
- Willingness to learn and adapt – to build business acumen and develop general management competency
- Leadership & Influence – to lead diverse project teams and influence strategically towards common goal
- Managing through change – ability to manage through changes and uncertainties
- Experience with leading a business
- Extensive experience in and strong skills of process and project management
- Experience in working closely with middle and senior managers across functions
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration, or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- MBA or other business- related qualification
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office
