      Job Description

      The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for executing marketing performance reporting, campaign measurement, and customer analytics to support the Marketing organization. This role owns the delivery of accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across assigned channels, promotions, and initiatives. Working under the direction of the Manager, Marketing Analytics, the Senior Marketing Analyst evaluates performance results, identifies meaningful trends and variances, and ensures data integrity across dashboards and reporting outputs. This role emphasizes analytical rigor, execution reliability, and strong ownership of reporting quality and measurement standards. The role leverages AI tools as part of the analytical workflow to improve efficiency, support data validation, and accelerate development of queries, reporting, and documentation, while maintaining full accountability for output accuracy.

      Duties and Responsibilities
      • Own recurring marketing performance reporting for assigned channels, promotions, and customer analytics, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery. 30%
      • Analyze KPI performance and investigate trends, variances, and potential drivers; escalate findings and risks to the Manager, Marketing Analytics as appropriate. 30%
      • Execute campaign and promotional measurement, including post-event analysis and performance summaries. 20%
      • Develop, maintain, and validate reporting datasets and SQL queries, leveraging AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and consistency. 5%
      • Maintain and enhance dashboards in Tableau to ensure metrics align with current business definitions and reporting standards. 5%
      • Perform rigorous data validation and quality assurance across reports and dashboards, including reconciliation across data sources and resolution of discrepancies with IT and database teams. 5%
      • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements, ensure outputs meet business needs, and document data definitions, logic, and methodologies. 5%

      • Decision making: Independently execute reporting and measurement for assigned areas. Interprets performance results to identify trends and potential drivers within established frameworks. Escalates risks, anomalies, and unclear findings to the Manager, Marketing Analytics. Does not define marketing strategy or enterprise measurement frameworks.

      The anticipated salary range for this position is $87,600 - $131,500 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

      Requirements

      Education and Experience
      Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree

      Years of Experience
      At least 4-6 years of experience in marketing, financial, or business analytics, preferably in a retail environment.

      Skills
      • Advanced Excel proficiency.
      • Strong Tableau (or similar BI tool) experience, including dashboard maintenance and metric validation.
      • Working proficiency in SQL, including the ability to develop, modify, and validate queries against large datasets.
      • Experience using AI tools to support data analysis, query development, or workflow efficiency.
      • Strong data validation and quality assurance discipline.
      • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends and investigate performance drivers.
      • High attention to detail and accountability for data accuracy.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work on time with minimal supervision.
      • Clear and structured written and verbal communication.
      • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners without direct authority.
      • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on execution quality and consistency.

      Physical Requirements
      Corporate - Remote - General office environment requiring ability to: *Stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time. *Speak and listen to others in person and over the phone and video conferencing. *Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports. *The ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
