What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between business and development teams, translating business needs into actionable plans
- Manage system enhancement requests and prioritize implementations based on business cases
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize the delivery of features and enhance development cycle efficiency
- Analyze PIM application and systems interfaces, identifying root causes of issues and recommending process improvements
- Develop and review key performance indicators to support departmental goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong skills in data manipulation
- Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow maps
- Project management experience is required

- Expertise in PIM systems and their integration with eCommerce platforms and ERP systems
- Understanding of how product information supports e-commerce and omnichannel strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recommend and execute process improvements
- Ability to lead change and influence various levels of the organization effectively
- Motivated self-starter with strong relationship-building skills in a team-oriented environment
