What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and maintain expertise in Medicare Outpatient Prospective Payment System reimbursement methodologies
- Analyze and interpret CMS Regulatory documentation related to Medicare Prospective Payment Systems
- Support implementation of Medicare pricer projects and enhancements
- Conduct ongoing Medicare Pricer maintenance, quality assurance, and compliance
- Resolve complex provider reimbursement inquiries and advise operational teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of Medicare reimbursement methodologies
- Experience with Medicare Integrated Outpatient Code Editor (I/OCE) logic
- Ability to analyze regulatory documentation and assist in project implementation
- Proficient in developing comprehensive test plans for system changes
- Must provide a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work

- Previous experience in a healthcare insurance or reimbursement role
- Familiarity with pricing software vendor specifications and system changes
- Advanced analytical skills for identifying automation and improvement opportunities
- Strong communication skills for consulting with internal business partners
