What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement in person and digital event strategy aligned with marketing objectives
- Manage end-to-end event planning, logistics, and attendee experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create event objectives, content, and messaging
- Lead event budgets, contract negotiation, and financial adherence
- Drive event promotion and marketing initiatives across various platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of Marketing Communications and/or Event Management experience
- Industrial Market experience preferred
- Certified Trade Show Management (CTSM) and/or Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, up to 30%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Scientific capital equipment industry preferred
