What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently grow the placement network by securing contracts with large and medium-sized organizations
- Develop innovative strategies for expanding partnerships focused on women's health and midwifery
- Serve as a subject matter expert on program details and contract processes for network contacts
- Communicate regularly with faculty, stakeholders, and the placement team to ensure alignment on priorities
- Lead team initiatives and training to enhance network specialist performance and drive key performance indicators

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in women's health or midwifery
- At least five years of relevant work experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree required; Nursing degree preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills across various mediums, including phone, email, and video conferencing
