      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, understanding their practice structures and key influencers
      - Educate key stakeholders about the company's immunotherapy compound and its value
      - Analyze trends in the oncology market and develop account plans with stakeholders
      - Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
      - Engage with oncology accounts to gather insights and develop customized strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
      - At least 2 years of oncology field sales experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices
      - Strong performance history in a sales or clinical oncology role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors, including breast, ovarian, and cervical cancers
      - Candidates with 0-2 years of oncology field sales experience will be considered for the S2 level
      - Candidates with 2+ years of oncology field sales experience will be considered for the S3 level
