What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing their needs and educating them about oncology products
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of oncology products and competitive positioning in discussions with healthcare professionals
- Analyze trends within a complex oncology market and develop strategic account plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and effective communication of key insights
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to customize strategies that meet the needs of oncology accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in oncology field sales
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, including pharmaceutical or biotech environments
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop account strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Documented history of strong performance in sales or marketing within the oncology sector
- Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors, including women’s cancers
- Candidates with less than 2 years of oncology sales experience may be considered for a junior role
- Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in oncology accounts
