What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and support Auction Revenue Rights (ARR) and Transmission Congestion Rights (TCR) tools and processes
- Operate and monitor TCR market activities
- Analyze auction results and funding performance
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders while providing training and technical support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
- Technical Analyst II - Minimum of two (2) years of job-related work experience; not eligible for remote work
- Sr. Technical Analyst - Minimum of six (6) years of job-related experience, with at least three (3) years of industry experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and conduct technical studies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office© applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Access
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field of study
- Knowledge of electricity markets, hedging strategies, and software programming (VB, C, C++, SQL)
- Experience with data handling and analysis of large data sets
