      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

      We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and driven Senior Principal Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive successful adoption and expansion of Tealium's solution with her/his accounts. The Customer Success Manager serves as the internal voice of the customer while working with other Tealium teams and partners to exceed customer expectations.

      YOUR DAY TO DAY
      • Acting as a trusted advisor, and working alongside the appointed account CSM and AE, you will be the key strategic contact for a portfolio of named accounts.
      • Gain an understanding of customers' desired business outcomes and mutually plan to realize more value through Tealium's products or services.
      • Conduct strategic workshops and engagements to drive incremental business value through increasing Use Case Adoption, Maturity and associated usage footprint (features, connectors, data, integrations, functions)
      • Drive net new Use Case expansion with a compelling verticalized industry Best Practices approach.
      • Provide guidance to customer organizations on how to leverage Tealium to implement their projects from design to production
      • Implement customer engagement strategies including consistent Art of the Possible Use Case Reviews with Verticalized Best Practices
      • Document customer engagement deliverables and associated methodologies and partner with Education, Enablement and CS Ops to enable the Verticalized Use Case practices and capabilities across our Customers and employees
      • Collaborate with Marketing to grow library of customer testimonials


      WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
      • BA/BS Degree from an accredited university required
      • 10 + years customer facing role (Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Digital Strategy, Technical Account Manager) at a Marketing Technology SaaS provider, Digital Marketing Agency or in Marketing Operations
      • Extensive knowledge of any of Tealium's key industries, namely Telco, Gaming, Financial Services, Phama, Utilities
      • Comfortable establishing credibility with key customer decision makers & influencers
      • Experience leading technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions
      • Ability to learn technical content and context quickly, and then convey it to customers
      • Experience working cross functionally with several teams and proven track record of positively influencing decision makers in other departments including Sales, Ops, Legal, Finance among others
      • Proven experience in helping customers define their strategy and "plan the plan" to help customers achieve their Digital Transformation, CX, Marketing strategies through the adoption of a CDP and associated ancillary tech platforms


      In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.

      The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:
      • Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options.
      • Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
      • Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching.
      • Employees are eligible for flexible paid time-off and extended paid parental leave.
      • We offer 11 paid holidays annually with an additional Healium Be-Well break for most employees.
      • We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs.
      • Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:
        • Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.
        • Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.
        • Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

      Compensation Range- $130,000 - $170,000
